  Please note that any patients under the age of 16 MUST be accompanied by a chaperone.

Please mention, at the time of booking an appointment, if you will be making a claim from any healthcare provider. 

Wallington Osteopaths are happy to accept payment by cash or cheques, and can accept most major credit and debit cards.
